Order Procedure:
- Select the items you would like
- Fill out and submit the order form at the bottom of the
page.
- We will contact you within 48 hours to review, confirm
the order, and obtain your credit card number. Once your
order is confirmed, we require a $20 deposit. Your credit
card will not be charged the remaining balance until 48
hours before your arrival. If you wish to pay with cash,
please inform us at the outset and this can be arranged.
Please note, however, that a credit card will still be required,
along with the $20 deposit, to hold your reservation. We
do not accept cheques.
- Review our Rental
Agreement. All customers are required to sign and submit
a rental agreement no later than 7 business days prior to
the start of the rental period. You will have to agree to
these terms prior to submitting an order online. If you
reserve by telephone, we will either email, fax or mail
you a rental agreement, and you may choose to either mail,
fax or scan and email it back to us once you have signed
it. Please fax or email it to us if your delivery date is
less than 10 days away or if you are sending the agreement
from outside Canada, to ensure we receive it in time.

Please note:
- For most of the year, delivery is available 7 days a week
generally between 10am and 8pm (excluding holidays). We
will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
- There is a delivery fee of $30 on most rental packages
less than $200 for deliveries in the Ottawa/Gatineau area
(see
our designated delivery area). Deliveries outside of
this area may be made on a case-by-case basis for an additional
delivery and return fee. There is a slight increase in the
delivery fee if the package includes a crib or toddler bed.
- We must be given more than 48 hours notice of cancellation
for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of the
pre-arranged pick-up or delivery time, one day rental fees
for each piece of equipment reserved will be charged to
your credit card. No shows will be charged the full rental
price for the duration of the agreed upon rental period.
