I just wanted to let you know how marvellous everything was for our daughter during our brief weekend in Ottawa. She loved having the toddler bed and, frankly, I can't imagine what we would have done without it as there is no way that she would have slept in a playpen (offered by the hotel). Everything was spotlessly clean and we very much appreciated your efforts in dropping the car seat off at the airport and the remaining things at the hotel. Our daughter loved all the toys, as well.
